@6400az and how do you know that a 19 yearold doesnt have more experience than a guy whos in his twenties? you realize there are olympic boxers who started boxing in their twenties and guys who started when they were kids dont you fuck head? experience level and age dont always go hand in hand. please exlain to me how having a solid record and lots of fights and using that to win gold medals is a bad thing. i can assure you if he was american you wouldnt be saying that you fucking dipshit

So if one is 28 or 29 is a seasond vet of international competition, and your fighting someone who's 19. There is absolutely NO advantage,experience does'nt help one in any way right ?.

@6400az and since when did age become an advantage? lots of guys fighting amateur are in their twenties. age means fucking nothing. ive seen kids spar with seasoned ams and handle them, means fuck all buddy

@6400az bums? do you have any clue the talent level of olympic boxers? guess youd have to box to understand that wouldnt you fan? do you know how many fights cuban fighters rack up? they start fighting from the time they're children. people can dig up any excuse they want to discredit someone, you're nobody, remember that. having a solid background and a bunch of fights is an unfair advantage? so i guess there should be a limit because getting that type of experience is a bad thing

Oh please,ever since I left Cuba,I'm allowed make a comment about anyone, just as you. Good fighter, but Stevenson DID fight many bums.

The point is when your in your mid or late 20's and have 2 or 300 fights and your opponent is 18 or 19 years old.There IS a distinct advantage.Many Cuban fighters  have defected in recent years and they simply haven't done nearly as well as expected.The exceptions are Jorge Sotomayor and Yiorkis Gamboa,nothing out of this world though.
