This solo project by high school student Tom Smith was created over a period of seven months, and made entirely with MS Paint and Dell Movie Studio. The film invites viewers to accompany the oddly-named main character for a day at the office, where you'll see him sit as his desk, buy a soda, sit at his desk, give a presentation, and sit at his desk! With a job this wacky, you never know what he'll do next, although it probably involves "sitting" and "at his desk".

Please leave comments, both good and bad! I'd love to hear what you think of the film.

  • You spent seven months of high school on this? You learned what, exactly? I can tell it took a lot of work, but it is too slow.

  • I made this on my own time, not for a school project, just to clarify. The sequel is coming out soon and moves quite a bit faster, so hopefully you'll enjoy that one more.

  • OMG that was awesome! ur so creative! if only the graphics were better! MS paint...thats too good...hahaha

  • I like the story too, the pacing will come with time but some of the animation timing is good already. I like the squirrel.

  • I like the sound effects.

  • You are good as a story teller. And I found the low pace timing very effective for the message of everyday boredom and existencial decadence. Good work. I want to see your next projects.
