I just got orders to Aviano, I seriously can't wait to get there!!!

I was stationed there from 1998 to 2000. I took that road you're traveling on many, many times. How bout that hill just before going toward the Aviano Inn right before going into Area 1 and Area 2. It was quite an adventure at first driving a stick shift. ;) I miss Aviano when I reflect on my 2 year stay there. Lots of memories. One day I'll go back.

I Haveto Add... The Road They are driving On....Was Dirt! When I was There! :) You could ONLY Go the Other Way.... On Pavement! Happy Huggz:)

NO!!!! 82 to 86! Not The Same:) When I arrived, There were Only 1 Inn in Aviano... A Restaurant across the street, the "Hole In The Wall" and Mr.S's BBQ... plus 2 pstry shops and the Church! Anyone Else? Tunnel is Where My 73 GranTorino had to smash the Passenger Side because of the Tractor and They found a WW2 Bomb! Happy Dayz Huge Huggz!
