The bear is a white polar bear; the only place you could build a house with four southern exposures is the North Pole, where every direction is South.

i know its the north pole, but if it were the south pole, with that climate you'd only find a polar bear anyway

Exactly, she should have said that she was in a HOUSE with all-southern exposure. A room could have many windows, and all be on one side of the house. LOL

Yes, common sense would tell you that- Southern exposure, north pole, It's a white Polar bear, but you could be in connecticut and be in a ROOM, she said specifically a Room, not an entire house with "All southern exposure", have a large window facing south and still see a brown bear. I might be making too much out of this.
