President Clinton Apologizes for MK Ultra

President Clinton makes a public apology for the MK Ultra mind control program.

The following is a portion of a speech given on 10/3/95 by President William C. Clinton concerning Executive Order 12975 - Protection of Human Research Subjects and Creation of National Bioethics Advisory Commission:

"Thousands of government-sponsored experiments did take place at hospitals, universities, and military bases around our nation. Some were unethical, not only by today's standards, but by the standards of the time in which they were conducted. They failed both the test of our national values, and the test of humanity. The United States of America offers a sincere apology to those of our citizens who were subjected to these experiments, to their families, and to their communities. When the government does wrong, we have a moral responsibility to admit it."

Most people are unaware of President Clinton's historic speech, which was given three hours prior to the O. J. Simpson jury trial verdict.

New World Order, satan, Jesus, brainwash, all seeing eye, illuminati, secret societies, demons, 9/11 inside job, one world government, Bible. @MrKushpop it took 20 years b4 these experiments were exposed 2 the public and info like MK ULTRA and project paperclip were declassified. Imagine what is going on now that we have no idea about. 1 thing I do know is that they learned a lot of info on how the mind works from those experiments. It is funny how when the word "conspiracy" is brought up 2 anybody, usually a red flag pops up in their "mind." 1more example, Ron Paul is mentioned, automatically people say hes nutty but can't tell u Y.

@frostek how about you look at the testimony of MK ULTRA victims here on utube. They talk about the human radiation that they were exposed to during these experiements. Those victims had their hearing in 95. Clinton just so happened to make this public speech in 95. I con't believe in coincidences like that.

@frostek They don't care about accuracy. They just claim any source that disagrees with them must be controlled by the evil conspiracy. The very fact that the source IS authoritative and reputable is cause for suspicion with these folks.
