Dominique Jardin on the decks

Dominique Jardin has her first taste of music from her mother's daily servings of 80..s disco music and rock. Born in Vienna and raised in New York she always knew that music would be a big part in her life. It's 2002, playing at RNB and soul parties in New York, the crowd got really into Dominique's sound and the fan base grew steadily. Coming back to Europe Dominique focused on singing and dancing, but she felt like something's missing and returned to the turntables.

Since 2006 Dominique concentrates on the worldwide beloved house music. One of the main ingredients to Dominique's rapid rise to the top is her energy and enthusiasm behind the turntables "I was always an entertainer and I love to go crazy during my sets! People must think I'm out of control...and yes, I am!!!" Dominique's ability to adapt to any environment she is put in is amazing.

Her positive energy goes directly to the dance floor and directly into people's minds and she says "It's not only the music, it's the attitude, the looks, just the combination of everything is what I want to accomplish!" Dominique is convinced that dance music becomes bigger and bigger, even in the US she says "Everybody loves a good kick, nice drums and a killer bass-line!"

2011 started out remarkably for Dominique. She already got to play at the best nightclubs in Austria, Germany, Turkey, Hungary, Sweden, Norway, Italy, Spain, France and Denmark and she admits "All of this would have never been possible without the help and support from friends and people who really believe in me!"

Dominique Jardin's relocation to London has put her life into a new perspective. She concentrates more than ever on producing music. She says. "Being surrounded by so many talented people from the industry is something so special and amazing to me. I enjoy every moment in the studio. The creativity just spills out of me!" Her first release is a remake of Corona's „Rhythm Of The Night" and Dominique says „I used to play a remix of this track in my set a couple of times and everytime the crowd went completely crazy, so I had the idea to do my very own version of this song and it worked." This year Dominique will spend on the road and of course in the studio to work on her first studio album. „It will be a big surprise..."
