Well actually... In the Saw III flashback where Amanda came back for Adam, it was actually supposed to show what happened right AFTER the first movie. So that means there's still wet blood and not dryed up like in Saw II. Because the Saw III flashback happened before the Saw II events. Then in Saw II the blood drys up and it looks like less blood. If you can get what I'm saying.. :P
