Jeffrey Deskovic was arrested and convicted at the age of 16, for a hideous violent crime that he did not commit, he spent 16 1/2 years in jail for the rape and murder of a girl, until the Innocent Project took his case, when the real murderer killed again and was caught, and DNA freed him. This is about how our government disregards the cries of the Innocent and looks the other way while an innocent boy stood in prison for 16 years with our Judicial System knowing the truth and disregarding it. Judge Sotomayor did this to Jeffrey Deskovic, she should not be appointed to the Supreme Court, and if the United States Senate appoints her to the Supreme Court, this will be wide spread corruption throughout the United States Of America.

  • I just heard about this man's tragic case on Coast to Coast AM with guest George Maschke about polygraph tests. Polygraphs is junk science or pseudoscience. I served on jury duty twice. I would not vote guilty on a defendant unless if there was hard evidence/real science like DNA test, fingerprints, security camera, eyewitness' camera phone/flip camera. Eyewitness testimonies should only be considered if it corroborates with the evidence or if they knew the defendant before.

  • it is horrifying to think of the the denials for reopening the dna by pirro as well, how could dismiss should important evidence> ??? CORRUPT

  • They need to put that racist Sotomayor in prison for 16 years.

  • Like cactus said, you would have gotten a lot more media attention had you been black. In fact, Sotomayer might even have given you a chance if you were the "right" color. But no. To her, you were just a white boy with no rights.

  • Too bad you weren't hispanic or black. it might have been different.

  • Happens ALL THE TIME.

  • Wow, 16 years gone, a life ripped apart, and for nothing. Can you say miscarriage of justice?
