"Thee Lay Thee A Nyeint" Group performed in Bangkok as the Fund Raising Program for Nargis Affected Children Education on 7 June, 2009. Thee Lay Thee A Nyeint Group is known in Burma for cracking jokes and performing satirical skits about the Burmese junta. A comedy video of their show has been banned by Burmese authorities. A Nyeint means Non-dramatic Burmese performance where a female artiste dances and sings to the accompaniment of light music and is usually supported by comedians. Thee Lay Thee, made up of four comedians and two female dancers, performs with the well-known comedian Godzilla on their current international tour.
