..do you know that the brain is a machine that can be your best friend or an enemy with whom you have to figh..i love mine is just awesome..but some people have to struggle with it...feed it: do not watch movies that have sex, read salmos, read economy, do not read about problems but about solutions..we need proactive leaders not sad ones..we need leaders that can smile not the ones that do not know what to jump on a bed means..leaders that know about math and going out until late to dance..

we all are alone...all of us...the secret is to know it and not be depressed...exercising help a lot..so you both should go to the gym..sweat a lot..and teach other people to go to the gym...exercising helps a lot...not just to build muscle but to feel good with yourself...take a paper and write down your activities and a regular person schedule..45 minutes is a lot and that is good...45 minutes to not worry about anything and that is good for the brain

i am a littel overweight but my brain has not gained weight..so i am as smart as always and it is a smart human bieng the one that talks to God not an idiot..and by the way i am a woman not a man..why i woman? we think of everything: money and happiness
