The final episode from this beautiful fairy tale.
If i get enough requests i may put up the Snow Queen as shown by the BBC in the 1960s and 1970s

  • I seem to remember a scene where her step mother hid Cinderella and had the Prince chasing one of the servant girls (or maybe her daugther) dressed to look like Cinderella.

  • It´s really funny to watch it dubbed:-). I love this film and I´m proud of it being so succesfull abroad. Unfortunately, the best Czech fairy tales were made in 70´ and since then it´s been not such a quality in this genre.

  • Wow, a different spin on the story. Real good. But no coverage of the Evil Stepmother and step sister's faces with a look of disbelief at the end.

  • a great memory and thanks for letting us revisit that's what you call a gift ta.

  • @insipid4444 his name is Karel Gott

  • I loved this film when I was a kid. The lesson I took away with me from this version of Cinderella was that all you really needed to get by in life was three really great outfits.

  • Thank you so much for sharing with us this film...i love this version...

  • Thank you so very much for posting this!

  • I was sitting around tonight, Christmas Eve, and for some reason this movie popped into my head. When I "googled" it, I found your posting. Thank you so much - I saw this when I was about 10 years old and it was a nice treat for the holiday.

  • This was truly delightful!! I too saw this many many years ago as a child....thanks you for posting it!!

  • The song is called "Where might your nest lie, little bird?"(Kdepak ty ptáčku hnízdo máš) sings Karel Gott.

  • What an absolute treat, thank you so much for posting this.

I saw it as a child and loved it but never thought I'd get to see it again.
