This is a different jig that clearly shares some ancestry with the well-known jig of the same name, but it's considerably different, being played in E-dorian, rather than A.

The ABC for this version is here: http://www.thesession.org/tunes/display/1390

  • wow this is great!

you should upload more fiddle vids :P

btw your sound is amazing, what kind of fiddle is that?

  • @josecalcru1 This fiddle was my teacher's spare fiddle. He said my other fiddle was just too crap to learn on :) I've since bought myself my own fiddle, so I should indeed put up a new video of me playing that.

  • GREAT ! -- Your getting a very clear sharp

sound out of that Fiddle - there...... *****

  • Thanks Jim. I'm currently borrowing my teacher's spare fiddle until I can get myself my very own beauty :)
