I think Rick Perry should just become a comedian, he is kind of a charming guy and his delivery wasn't bad. Just as long as he can remember his own jokes. I guess, unlike his campaign platform, he'd probably have to write those himself so it wouldn't be as much of a problem. (OUCH)

What is wrong with Texas and its governors? A super macho state elects idiot cheerleaders (literally, look it up...) pretending to be tough. These performances prove that these guys are following someone else's orders. More puppets on display...

It really says something about a candidate if they can not only take a joke in stride, but poke fun at themselves. I think Perry is a decent politician in this respect. Not going to vote for him, but humor is a good item in anyone's toolbox.
