Your 3 ball technique is very smooth - nice work! DO you feel your hands are more limber and stronger?

I'm still working at this! :)))
all of my questions were answered in the vid...
I've got maniacal speed with 2 balls and a few solid patterns with 3.
I keep losing balls as they fall out of pocket!!!
Anywayz, thanks so much again!! I can't wait to post an imitation video!!

Oh, okay. I used turtle wax to clean the baoding balls, since it is made out of chrome finish. It works fine. I will use dishwashing soap for cleaning though. Thanx for the input.

You can go to the web site HandHealth They have a wide selection of sizes and styles.

Search for BaodingTiX on google, you'll find the company that sells them.

I've been using two 2 pool balls to work on my hand/finger dexterity, mainly to improve my drumming skills with my left hand. After this vid I might have to go and get some real "balls". Good vid.

Pool balls are an excellent idea. I think you should try to find both bigger/heavier balls and a set that is smaller and lighter then the pool balls you already have. That way you will also improve applying different a months of pressure with your fingers which could also be beneficial to your drumming skills.

my hands are to big for the small baoding ball my friend told me to start off small since i'm a beginnger but it seems like its not working to well because my hand is to big for it so do you think i should switch to a bigger size or continue until i master the small?

I would advise using bigger ones. But switch between sizes to learn what is favorable. Using different sizes also helps at mastering the skill with any size.

the instructions for preserving and maintaining the balls is coat them with wax or grease. What kind of products can u use to maintain the "therapeutic balls" ?

I do know the instruction on the regular balls have the instructions to wax or grease them for preservation. Personally I have never done this I wouldn't like get my hands greased.
I do like to keep my baoding balls clean though. I use dish washing soap. Very simple and very effective.
Also if you find the surface of the spheres is no longer smooth. You can polish them using steel polish. You would have to be sure the spheres are made of steel and not some alloy with a chrome finish or print.
