Got our contract back today for revisions and you can NOT leave the 2nd item blank on line 9 it should say "HUD Designated Closing Agent".
On line 11 the check box for other addendum's MUST be checked
And one last thing on line 13 there is a date field out to the right side which we missed on the 1st trip through.
