I love how people can discern the skill level of a shooter from a high-speed video of one shot.
Being a pretty competent trap shooter myself, I feel I should say that his shooting stance is ostensibly fine.
You want the butt of the gun in the "pocket" of your shoulder, which appears to be where he has it. If the stock is too close to your collar bone, you're asking for relatively painful recoil.
-
I was always taught to stand square on to your target, gun hard in butt in the hollow between your shoulderand your collar bone. weight forward onto your toes then you dont rock back with every shot.
But Its your gun, you shoot it how you darn well please!

your mount is completly wrong.

As long as you are behind the gun and not in front of the dangerous end, stance is a personal thing. It may look like you were going to fall forwards before the shot as the camera was at an angle then.
No matter what my stance is with shotguns I can't hit a thing anyway. A rifle is a different matter all together for me - very accurate with mine.
I've never been good with 'boom sticks'.

@tommwood93 I have 686 White Onyx Sporting 30 inch...I'm italian, Beretta is the best

um.... beauty gun mate! but it does look like you got your stock on your arm or too much on your shoulder muscle. maybe it's just an optical illusion. but your stock should be to the very right of your peck and just left of your shoulder muscle.

You hold it wrong man I've fired a 12 bore shotgun and it's got quite some recoil on it, you should sort out your stance or you could damage your shoulder beacuse I have before a bit of brusing not too bad, but nice shotgun :)
