It looks like a centifugal blower from a HVAC system. I.E. Not a turbine.

Its not a turbine - Turbine would be so loud u wouldnt hear voices in backround - its an electric fan of some sort covered on steel and tubes - plus u cant afford a turbine - it would cost 500000x more than ur pc !!!
