This is one of my favorite teachings from the Heart. So many people are unhappy because of...you name it! Really, this is all illusion and the result of your own beliefs and choices. I find the biggest block to joy is the stubborn belief that you "don't have a choice." You always do. Your denial is the true cause of your unhappiness.

Take a moment to find a place in your life where you are unhappy and explore it from the wisdom of the heart rather than the persistence of the ego and the mind.
