If the body can stand 240mph I have no doubt the body can handle the extra horsepower. It also depends on who does the engine mods and where the turbos are placed. Like at the rear coming off the exhaust, kind of like the STS turbo kits.

I was at this event; this was during the Ferrari National Gathering at Road America. Note the 333SP parked next to it. The yellow F40 I believe is from Motion Products and this was not a timed session.
