Episode 18 - Killing Fields

Killing Fields.... this map used to be very frustrating for me until I instituted this strat. Now, I play this map and enjoy it and am constantly raising the bar for my scores. The sappers/hunters are the biggest issues on this map, but with some advance barricading and some hunter defense for your archers, you should be fine.


1) Learn to space your lightening storm so the outer edge of the cloud is just over the kill-line of the kill box. This takes some practice, but you know you got it when you stop seeing orcs get struck by lightening well before the killbox.

I pre-ordered the game. That skin was a bonus for those who pre-ordered. If you follow robotentertainment and orcsmustdie on twitter, they do give-aways for my skin and the cardboard tube samurai occasionally.

Given how few Ogres there are on this map, Pounders are going to be more efficient for comboing on Orcs than the mace. Plus, if you move your kill box from the left side to the right you can save the coin and not have to barricade til round 3. This lets you maximize trap density on the early levels and get more sixes and sevens really early. Lastly I've found the Auto Ballista's to be very useful for taking the Ogres down quickly since I didn't use the Springs.
