Recorded at London's Indigo2 as part of the Ultimate Boogie Night Xmas Party this is the Sugarhill Gang performing the classic Rappers Delight. Fantastic night with performances also from Tom Browne and Evelyn Champagne King. Check out at 2.50 the guy in the black hat and shades - thats Tom Browne getting into the groove too.

I'll be more precise: I recognized Big Bank Hank watching this original Soul Train Clip: ljUnyv5XUA8. But Master Gee and Wonder Mike are gone....

Sorry to say that Master Gee doesn't look Master Gee to me (neither Wonder Mike and Big Bank Hank, telling the truth...) .... I got many original records and despite the fact that they should be older, their faces are absolutely different. In more there's no reason to playback a rap!!! It's absurd. These are simple animators of a disco....

Quanta saudade !
