I'd just like to giv a short advice where to learn more, you don't have to believe any of the things I will say. Sex and masturbation are a pure waste of sexual(creative) energy, except for getting pleasure. For example, keeping yourself away from sex and masturbation for about 2 or 3 weeks is more than enough to make you able to use your mind at least 5 times better than usual, and everyone has noticed that at least once in their lives. In that state you are much harder to manipulate and hurt.
