Edgar Allan Poe Impersonator Look alike Tim Beasley booking nationally through web site http://www.tbcstars.com and phone 757-589-0903
As the original "master of the macabre'," Edgar Allan Poe holds a very honored place in the mind of Tim Beasley, an accomplished multi-media and live stage actor. Tim is well known nationally for his knack of bringing back many deceased popular celebrities and historical figures from the "dead" in his portrayals.
One of his favorite "Dead Legends" to perform as is Edgar Allan Poe.
Tim's chilling portrayal of Edgar Allan Poe is not a séance, spirit possession or channeling phenomenon, but simply an uncanny ability to pull Poe's deceased personality, literary mind and physical likeness back into the light of the living....Tim's impersonation mystically conjures up Edgar Allan Poe himself, in the audiences' imaginations, by breathing life back into the memories of Poe's fabulous tales of terror and other literary masterpieces. As any fan of Poe's will tell you, it's the haunting memory of his poems and stories that eternally lock you to the chains of his tormented soul.
Tim Beasley will bring you and your guests an enjoyable evening's entertainment with an entire "Herd Of Nightmares" as he reads the classic Poe to you, as Poe would have himself.....
These include the horrific "The Black Cat," "The Raven," "Telltale Heart," "The Pit and The Pendulum" "The Premature Burial" and other gloriously ghoulish tales, plus the beautiful prose of his poems like "Annabelle Lee."
It's wonderful entertainment for any sophisticated event...
Tim is available as Edgar Allan Poe nationally for resorts, conventions, college tours, and famous "haunts!"

Thank you....Since I am Virginian, the accent is Virginian, as was E.A.P. ..and indeed this was filmed during midnight. The eyes tell the story, as does his in all of his ancient photo portraits. I'm pleased you are also a fan of E.A.P....he is definietly an internationally favored legend.

I think it's funny that most folks don't realize I perform nationally, coast to coast as over 50 different stars and have been at this fun for over 25 years. It's been a very good living as this is all I do, taken me on a virtual working vacation to all the great tourists places like Orlando, Las Vegas, NYC, Las Angeles, Atlanta, Wash DC, and made many many friends with a lot of great people who enjoy my appearances....Check out my many "TBC Stars" in my YouTube channel, TBCSTARS !!!

Howdy Tim!
I've been a serious Poe student since I was a little girl. To say the least he's an integral part of my every day life. Although I'm a Poe aficionado I enjoyed your Poe-formance ;). 'Tis a bit stereotypical but even Mr. Poe liked to have a bit o' fun himself. Will you be at his Baltimore bicentennial in January?
littleredbowgirl 3 years ago
Hi LRBG, I hope I'll be there on Jan 19..I do know that actor John Astin will be there for several of the bicentennial events. If you know of any other Poe related events, etc, please let me know. As a variety celebrity impersonator, Poe is one of my 35+ different stars I portray..I truly enjoy performing as Poe, as I, too, am a big fan ever since a little boy.

Thank you, KajiCarson....shortly I will be also adding to youtube my recent performance of "The Raven" and emcee appearance at Poe's final resting place, Westminster Hall and Burying Ground in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. I was honored to be engaged as "Poe" for the annual Private Eye Writers of America "Shamus" Awards there in Westminster Hall on Oct 10, 2008. That is coincdentally only 3 days after his death anniversary of Oct 7.........

Indeed, you are a most observant little bird...as I trudged the rain-soaked oily cobblestones tonight in Richmond's Shockhoe Bottom, I paused before the address of 1914 E. Main Street and wondered silently of the many thousands of shadowy nights that have crested the threshold of this old stone house. Peering at the crackled and ancient mortar of this most compelling dwelling I seemed to see faces, etched as old friends in the semi permanance of stone old as the moon itself.....yes, you do see.
