@ Don Kings Camp in Ohio in the middle of NO WHERE ! ! !

This could be the last training at the camp that was made famous by Mike Tyson ! ! !

Here with the United States Olympian whom I work for, and we are helping Elio Rojas as he is preparing to take the World Championship away from Takahiro Auo of Japan, in Tokyo ! ! !

What a great group of Boxing people, together for a month of intense practice... Eric King Colin Morgan

  • good stuff ! is that roberto benitez son of wilfredo ? also what you think of using a bit of hand or wrist weight while doing speed bag ? it seems to me that it would help your speed, what's your take on that ?

  • @KingRhaul

Roberto has been asked that ? a 1000 times!

    USA & Dominican decent.

About the hand weight,~ Physical exercise of any type adds very small increases to speed in any sport. The great increases I have noticed in Boxing comes through the Mechanics of the Body. Perfect your Bio/Mech Technique and run the hundred meters much faster. Too much to cover in 500 letters. I hope you catch the drift .

Go to a track coach, ask him~he wont say ancel weights = the answer.

    GREAT QUESTION

  • @kotakintai

    Thanks for the Amazing Comment...

I work hard to perfect the Pinning and Trapping Techniques, because they are realistic in the art of hand to hand combat..

This Pinning practice is old school..

The You Tube should help to bring this Punching Practice back to the Gyms..

I learned this practice from the Cuban Trainers that came to The U.S.A. during the Castro Revolution in the early 1960's
