Thanks for the informative video. John, has the conditions of sale softened at all given the deterioration in the markets and the number of foreclosures banks are holding? That is, are banks now letting homes go lower than their their desired bid?
If a prospective buyer can pay 100% cash are their chances of negotiating with seller for a lower price improved? Thanks

An auction is a way to go. But right now is not the time. Wait until John lets you know when the right time is. I along with some other investors have purchased a home at the auction with John and what a wonderful experience, I am looking foward to investing with him again. Thank you for all you do!

A lot of people get burned at these auctions, thinking they're going to steal a house for $15,000 or something..
Wake up people! If looks too god to be true...IT IS!
The banks aren't stupid, they know they can go through an agent and get market rate for their homes...
Why would they let them go for nothing at an auction AND pay the auction house?
They won't.
Don't waste your time at the auctions, get a good agent like John and let him do his magic!
