I love the President not only for going to the theatre (talk about an endorsement for the B'way industry!) but also for choosing to see Joe Turner- which is the best, if not the most popular, show in New York at the moment.
This isn't the President's fault- but if I hear another 5-10 morons begin the impromptu "yes-we-can" chant at totally inappropriate moments (he's taking his wife on a date) i'm gonna scream. It's the political equivalent of shouting "Play Freebird!".
