Hi everybody, in this video I show you how you can figure out what is causing you to have an itchy dry scalp, and if you have flakes, what those flakes mean. Dandruff, seborrhea, and psoriasis, can be extremely annoying and embarrassing, but the good news is they can all be treated. In this video I will give you tips on how you can treat and hopefully cure these scalp conditions. Dandruff shampoos can be drying to your hair, so I also offer some natural alternatives to using the over-the-counter medicated shampoos that are gentler. Things like Tea Tree Oil. . If you have long hair, you always want to be careful not to dry it out and since these conditions are conditions of the scalp, its best to protect your hair as much as possible. I hope you found this video helpful. Please subscribe because I have so much more to come; something helpful and of interest to everyone. Thanks so much for viewing!

  • I have had these problems all my life :( I just can't take it anymore. I'm quite sure I don't have dandruff. My whole scalp just seems to be capable of flaking off. I drive myself mad trying to scrape much of it off. I really can't help it. I don't over wash. My hair is naturally dry and it doesn't become greasy at all until like 4 days after I wash. The only thing I've found to help is literally if I colour my hair and coat the roots with colour it wards off the flakes. I don't know why :S

  • @MsSchuk Hi, have you considered seeing a dermatologist. It sounds like you may be suffering from dry scalp. Have you tried massaging your scalp with jojoba oil. I have a great video on how to massage your scalp as well as a video about the benefits of jojoba oil. I hope you'll check them out. I think they will be helpful for you

  • @209santanya Hi, you may want to try using a dandruff shampoo like Selsun Blue or Head and Shoulders for a while to help clear up the flakiness as it sounds like you may have dandruff.

  • @209santanya Well i used have dandruff, And what i did to my hair was. I used vinegar Instead of shampo because everytime i use shampo i get the dandruff back. Try to use vinegar but make sure not to let vinegar to go inside your eye.

If you do this for about 2-3 days you will not have dandruff trust me. :)

  • @abdy420janjua For the dandruff, have you tried using dandruff shampoo for a period of time. Sometimes you have to try more than one brand before you find the one that works for you. Be sure you actually do have dandruff by performing the test I outline in my video.
