The evolution of my super class crawler
To all those haters out there,
I'm sorry you wasted your precious time to check out my 5min picture video of a pretty much 1 off crawling creation. It seems to me that you have no clue to what kind of skill goes into fabricating a scale working suspension, electronic axle lockups and a front and rear steering setup. It's a shame this custom one off toy vehicle costs more than most of your daily driver beaters, and it's even funnier that this is just a hobby of mine. Another hobby I have is to wheel one of my many Jeeps in the north eastern parts of the US; I also belong to various organizations to help promote land use for 4 wheeling.
I think it's funny that after over 3 years that these few pictures I put together screwing around one night gets underneath peoples skin.
Thanks for watching.

  • 3:50 your tread is backwards.

  • @idoeverything733 got to run em backwards to go forwards and upwards. Much better traction for rocks.

  • Looks like there is not one piece of that original Clodbuster left. So that begs the question - does one even need to buy a Clodbuster to begin with? Why not just buy all the modifications and cut out the middleman?

  • @kerrywsmyth The only clod parts left are the axle center section casings. I run the Tamiya plastic because it’s cheap to replace and glides better over rocks. 90% of all the parts and modifications are all hand fabricated and not store bought, but if you have lots of extra money to spend you could buy it all.

  • Buy a real truck. They're more fun.

  • @zack95clark I have several, and you are right.
