just bought the splits dvd waiting to see how good it is before i buy the hamstrings , I read the info you put in the ad , it says the goal is to reach the toes with your hand but I already can do that, Does this system have anything to offer me?

I can't answer for Paul, but you can go to his youtube channel, ElasticSteel or his forum.
The way Paul explained the system, it's just goes in steps. Step one is to reach the toes. Makes it easy for most people. After that there is step two and three, which go into more flexibility.
