@yvonnesame actually it's Neesarose that the producers didn't like being played by someone who wasn't caucasian (hence why Saycon Sengbloh wasn't a Nessa understudy while she was Elphaba s/b

@Destined2makeit I was referencing an ignorant comment made by a fellow actor I know. They told me that the role of Elphaba cannot be played by anyone who isn't Caucasian, which as you and I both know, is incredibly false. :-)
