temps charge companies 25.00 an hr and only want to pay per labor minimum wage. job seekers don't be fooled by these cheap low life crooks. go apply at warehouses or construction sites in person. i've done it. you don't always have to go through temps to get those jobs. for objective on your resume put the companies name you're applying for. it works for me.

minimum wage is an insult. shops and moving companies charge 80.00 to 90.00 an hr in CA. Hummmm, cheap labor. And only want to pay their hard workin employees minmum wage.....lol. I made 8.00 an hr when i was a teenager. apprentice non-union make 12.00 an hr and apprentice union make 17.00 an hr. if you not makin 12.00 hr non-union you're getting fucked! don't be a victim of cheap low life employers .

@mintico They're not stupid, they are LIARS because a higher minimum wage benefits their organization by allowing them to justify their union workers wages. Unions are a monopoly on human resources.

these 2 guys are stupid. they should be lucky if there's minimum wage, so they wont get exploited by employer. what these two want is to have a higher minimum wage. i bet they want to have $10 or $12 for their minimum wage. thats stupid!! unskilled people will get killed even more. employer will try to hire only the most efficient worker they find. its natural for them to do so because now they have no choice but to pay their lowest worker $12/hr, so they no longer can hire unskilled labor

If the minimum wage truly worked then you could raise it to £1000 an hour and it would have no negative consequences.
