Hydro rc

This is my friends home made Toy. As described in the vid he used a rc air plane to make this, as he did not want to disclose any how to's here is the vid.
At the end he is saying to not tip it over cause the chip can't get wet, He was wrong, we fliped it, crashed it tumbled, it and the only 2 problem was trying to get it back toppled over 10 feet from shore and that the back was not stable enough, as explained by him in the vid!
