The info claiming "weapons of Mass Destruction" was obtained using torture.
It was obviously false and cohered deliberately to provide an excuse to invade.
Bush already knew it was a lie and was not surprised to have that confirmed.

Bush didn't really react because either obviously he wasn't surprised or is too cocky to admit any kind of failure... not a true leader.
