Yep... good water quality, 4 x 65w power compacts and T-5 HO lighting, and lots of random flow. My 55 has been set up for over a year. I don't know why they haven't opened yet.
these things will grow great under pc lights lol so your fine

Your lighting must also be adequate for coral to thrive.

Directing water flow over them may help speed up the process.

Assuming your water conditions are good, it can take up to a week or two for briarium sp. to open up.
