hey guys , i'm currently at a school called the barbara brennan school of healing aka BBSH. its a wonderful energy healing school. i have developed the ability to see and feel auras as well as hear guidance, sense my intuition etc. more important though is the therapy work we do together, going deep into our pains and suppressed energies and releasing them. anyway there is way to much to tell u about it, but i would highly recommend it. And Barbara Brennans' book "Hands of Light" is brilliant.

omg the things she says!!! closing chakras, that's my problem, when i'm open i get hurt and they close abruptly and traumatize me and then i get so afraid of opening and it hurts to have them closed. i feel dead inside if they're closed and vulnerable when they're open. it's hard to keep them closed and dangerous not to. and i get panic attacks and meltdowns as a result. can you close chakras without feeling dead inside? can you learn to close and open fast and at will but without trauma?

I think the first young woman to speak in this video clarifies beautifully, almost poetically how "empathic beings" feel CURSED...before gaining insight, clarity and control over their GIFTS. As a 34/F with 3 children who are the reason for everything I do and learn... I've been searching for a "CURE" since at least the age of 12. MY AILMENTS COMPOUNDED FROM: (Youth) Emotional => (Young Adult) Physical => then (Adult) Mental. Awareness of THIS GIFT vs. THAT CURSE... reveals our "CURE" :)-

I take medication for panic/anxiety disorder and also a bit of a hermit. Wish I had of had the internet or access to the info on this when I was teen, saved me alot of emotional and mental hell. I am an Empath, was made aware of this term a couple of years ago, but only in the past few months started getting past my skeptisism. Have always been unwell, always been emotional, moody. I know that I feel what other people feel, healing occurs at times in others. Has not been a fun experience though.
