hey u should think like an exact replica so u have more room to jib. i made one with a wood frame and pvc and ended up making 2 of them and made the rail nice and long.

@blair144 Its not acrylic...oorrrr at least it shldnt be...it better HDPE..(high density polyethylene) and no HDPE will not crack...but idk WTF these guys used...it does not crack..as long as you have a thick enough board..(1/4 of an inch should be fine)

@bimic92 ..ooOO...im making an 8x4 6 ft high clip in deck that drops 2 a powderpak (its a type of artificial snow mat) covered 4x12 ft dropin...and a plastic 2 ft high kicker at the end....i already finished the deck...if u need help i got plans

no crack even cold , it depend on acrylic board , if it thick then 5mm, i think ok.

sweet video! Just wondering though, was the acrylic board kinda sticky? i looked at some at The Home Depot and i didn't know if it would be slick enough. did you use wax or anything?
