In an exclusive interview with CNBC-TV18, managing director, DB Realty, Mr. Shahid Balwa clarified that the company has not indulged in bribing practice for loans. "We have not paid any person who has been named in the FIR by CBI. If that had been the case then we would have been one of the accused in CBI charge sheet as well."

In this one to one interaction, Mr. Shahid Balwa clarifies the host of concerns surrounding DB Realty and shares factual information which investors, media and real estate industry and general customers must note to get a complete perspective on the ongoing discussion pertaining to the company.

Responding to the last few questions in the interview Mr. Shahid Balwa shares "We have indulged in no wrong doing. This trial by the media will come to an end. But at the end of the day when the trial through the judicial process is completed then everything will come out clean in the open domain."
