yeah for sure!! go to setting > General > international >english

then go back , select Keyboard>Arabic(ON)

make sure that u turn the (arabic) keyboard ON , and leave the "intentional" english , because its for the menu language

just upgraded to 3.0 on my 2g touch, without reading whats new, and I was really impressed with the Arabic interface and keyboard which makes me really consider swapping my BB for a 3GS.
