  • Oh I know! It's so rare to find a Christian church in America today. And with all the high taxes they have to pay, it's a miracle that they stay afloat! *snark* But seriously, for Christians in America to claim persecution is so arrogant and insulting. It's not only insulting to religous minorities and homosexuals in this country, but also to Christians living in countries that are hostile to them, like the Middle East. Try living there for a few months SMandella.

  • Christianity is like a rapist whom blames its victims for their suffering.

  • Actually if anything christians are extreme persectors.Even in my own class in school at least six of them were great friends with me until i told them im atheist. Now i cant even walk into a room without something annoying said about my views.

  • @dominicgeorge87 And where is the freedom for the ones who don't want to pray and read the Bible?

  • For a US president to be openly Christian would in fact be unconstitutional.

In my experience Christians complain about things like atheist/evolutionist videos and often use lies and dirty tricks to do so. Then when non-believers respond, or their underhand tactics are found out, they are the ones who whine that they are being persecuted.

It seems to me that if you can't stand the heat, you should stay out of the kitchen.

  • ALLOW CHRISTIANS TO PRAY AND READ THE BIBLE AT SCHOOL AND PUBLIC PLACES. ALLOW CHRISTIANS TO SHARE THEIR UNDERSTANDING OF CHRISTIAN FAITH WITH NON-BELIEVERS- that would be speech freedom. VIVA CRISTO REY! VIVA CRISTO REY! VIVA CRISTO REY!

  • I got a message from TheCheese67 Dec 18 2009.

    Quote:

    " man saw 58

    Fuck you BITCH!

You ignorant RACIST PIECE OF SHIT!!!!!!!"

    End Quote

I am very much against racism, and I don't understand why TheCheese67 would send me a message like this. I don't know where he is getting his information from. And calling me ignorant, well... could we do a quiz?

  • Wow, those two douchebags at 2:50 were so smug and stupid they would've turned straight men gay and scared ALL the women away.

  • I've been saying for years, the "religious" right is a group that as soon as you hedge their ability to remove someone else's freedoms, they start complaining about persecution.

It seems to me that a lot of the "persecution" myth started in the late 90's. Several studies found that the general populace felt the right was "persecuting" gays, non-Christians, etc, and were more sympathetic to those causes. So, the leaders said, "If we can be the victims, we get the public sympathy...".
