@HunterGuilherme without his w rammus can die pretty easy and he is much more helpfull to his team as a tank..

Seriously, why not AD Rammus? Great mobility/chasing/initiating potential, 150 free resistances(who needs tank items to be tanky?), 3 sec no-you-cant-run taunt, that also reduces enemy armor and finally free AoE damage
