TRYING TO GET THE THE TIBETANS OF INDIA TO RULE THEMSELVES BUT
THEY KEEP ELECTING HIM AS LEADER! I HEARD THE DALAI LAMA SAY THAT TIBETAN BUDDHISM SHOULD STOP WORSHIPING OTHERS! THIS NOT WORSHIPING OF OTHERS MAKES ONE EQUAL AND ALLOWS FOR BETTER ENERGY FLOW!THUS A HIGHER STANDARD OF EXPERIENCE. No democratic leader in the world today would condemn or stop any form of religious worship.
Even the Pope dare not speak against other religions anymore.
Today's world leaders must show acceptance and tolerance of all forms of worship even the worship of Dorje Shugden.
The Dharamsala Tibetan Govt only has a few years left and they are on the decline. Their existence depends on Dalai Lama. Once he passes,THEY ARE FINISHED.

But it is you who misunderstand.
Vinaya means "controlling" and refers to self-control of one's own mind. The ;peaceful Shugden protests have proved this worldwide receiving praise from police forces everywhere.
I personally met the officers at Scotland Yard in London before, during and after the May protests. They were very happy with us.
Contrast this to the shock of the New York police faced with 3000 rioting tibetans in July!

The Dalai Lama said those who practice Shugden has no meaning in listening his chanting.
Those who want to practice Shugden do not have to live in Daramsara. They can get refugee statuses directly from India and establish their own community somewhere else in India.
