Got the same "issue" in my oppinion you should not do the triceps part of this because for me when i do chest exercices my triceps are burning on the next day maybe it's the same for you ? So stick to ARM part i'll include these exercice on my routine this Monday i'll feedback if my arms finally grows

bad form on that close grip bench press, that arch you are making is horrible. always make sure you are as flat as the bench when u lie down on it no matter what. someone not that stable in his upper body is gonna hurt his back or his shoulders badly at that exercise if he executes it like u do. still big up, nice videos.

Why in this routine during clos-grip bench press You're holding barbell DOWN for 2 seconds, while in Zeus Chest routine during incline barbell chest press You're holding it UP for 2 seconds. What's the difference?
