AWESOME! I was able to tour the interior of this aircraft 10-15 years ago and I love seeing that it's still doing the job it was designed for...... Flying! Great vid!!!!!
@MrJp990 I'm not arguing. Just saying there is a lot of information that shows no B29 with Majors was used during the war. Show some published data that can show a B29 with Majors was in the war. Lotta info showing them after, and designated as B50s.
@MrJp990 I'm getting it from several sources: U.S. Air Force web site, Pratt Whitney website, Wright cycone sight, Wright Patterson Museum, etc. Most telling is to look at the photographs. Wasp Major required longer nacelles, with a separate air intake, different cowling. These changes enabled the Air Force to designate the upgraded plane as a B50.
I hope it will continue flew!

@clemsonrugger I have no published data. I also cannot post a video. If you do not believe me, then thats your fault, not mine.

@clemsonrugger Ok. I have a few relatives that worked on a B-29 with Wasp Majors in WW2. I can argue like this all day, buddy.
