@dinneraz I am actually a culinary student at JWU and Chef John Dion has all the sophomores watch it the first day of International class. He has us write a paragraph summary about what we thought about it and what we learned from it.

I became a restaurant owner on September 1, 2010. Joined the WRA on February 8th 2011. This is such a great tribute to the dream :0) Thanks

I've been working and teaching in the Hospitality and Food Service Industry for 35 years, and this is the most inspirational video ever produced for a specific industry. It should be required viewing for all culinary students, service personnel and anyone who ever eats out.
