Highlights of the 2010 SHOTPUT MASTERS National Championships 50 yr old division held in Sacramento ,Calif. Competition included a back and forth lead change THREE times and a total of 4 PRs in all. Great competition and fun.

@zombie69nut its hard to hit good positions when you get old and your body doesn't feel like its 25 even though your head does!

Great video. I love seeing these older guys get after it and throwing far. How much does the shot put weigh for that age group?
