Rain making music on plates

Finally a lovely downpour of rain to wash away the heat and clean the air. I always set my plants (that usually live on the screened porch) out onto the patio so they can get a good soaking and their leaves can be washed shiny and clean. Today I set the plates that the plants rest in out in the rain as well to wash them, and the result: a beautiful tinkling sound, the music of nature at its best. It's the perfect accompaniment to a day of editing.
