The video shows a typical work flow in CENIT's FASTCURVE using a customized workcell:
1. Position the part on the table
2. Create a holding fixture based on sketches within a few minutes and generate flat layout for further processing (e.g. laser cutting)
3. Generate point or contour-based operations, e.g. drilling, WaterJet cutting or routing, by simply selecting the 3D geometry. Associativity is maintained when part gets revisioned
4. Create surface-based operation by linking a CATIA MMG (5x or other) operation into FASTCURVE - change the MMG operation and the FASTCURVE operation gets updated as well.
5. Simulate tricky areas using partial simulation while programming or full simulation including tool changes etc.
6. Download robot program using the appropriate translator
