I beleive Tai Kit Kuen. I also have the Tiger and Crane form.

I have always wanted to the see the Tai Kit Kune forms. Although seeing footage of Grandmaster Abbate doing any form would be cool. It was such a rare thing.

this was a great video showing that women can defend themselves against a big old bear with or with out a weapon this is awsome thanks for sharing it. Looking forward to more videos from you like this one. maybe one showin young kids utilizing these techniques showing you are never to young to learn self defense
