Very successful Cash for Clunkers? Haha he's funny. Thats why 78% of America doesnt support it. You want a better economy? Lower taxes, create jobs. are just 2 simple things out of many thing obama isn't doing. there has been no sign of a better economy at all. ok one, but thats it. our stockmarket is becoming better each month.

Democrats haven't controlled the state of Michigan for the last 10 years. Currently you have a republican controlled Senate. Your last govenor was a repulican. But, I am sure that under republican control your state did great? You know that answer as well as I do

Same thing happened in Illinois, only we had a crazy govenor who stole a bunch of money and 2 senators- i mean one senator and now a president who did a really good job with the state of Illinois.

If the concept of Cash for Clunkers (giving people govt cash incentives to buy stuff) is so damned good, why not do it on a MUCH larger scale?

The answer is we don't do it because there's that pesky little detail of where the $3B came from...and how it gets paid for. Cash for Clunkers got put on the credit card; added to the deficit. Just a niggling little detail the Obama team never mentions.

A mountain of debt and nothing but a bunch of crappy, inefficient, govt programs to show for it.

The banks are doing well and the markets are better, joblessness keeps getting worse. Obamanomics has failed the working man and helped Wall Street. Trickle down economics, the stimulus stimulated the wrong people. Tax revenues are down and government jobs are up. Bad signs. This guy is smoking the same cigarettes Obama does.
