A look at the temporary Princess Diana exhibit being set up in the old Virgin Megastore in Downtown Disney West Side.
Hundreds of royal artifacts are on view in "DIANA - The People's Princess," a limited-time experience showcasing the life and story of Diana, Princess of Wales -- open now at Downtown Disney in the Walt Disney World Resort. The exhibition includes royal dresses Diana chose to auction for charity, photos and personal effects. "DIANA - The People's Princess" will be on display through Nov. 30, 2009. Tickets may be purchased at the exhibit - $14.50 for ages 10 and older, $5 for ages 3-9.

Princess Diana was called the people's Princess because she was real, cared for the the poorest people in the world and was one the first famous person to touch someone with AIDS in the early 80's.
From these facts and the way she lived her life, I strongly doubt she would have mind Disney paying homage to her life.
Perhaps other pretentious royal might, but not her.
